The first hand-held cell phone was demonstrated by John F. Mitchell and Dr. Martin Copper of Motorolla in 1973, holding a set weighing aroun 4.4 pounds. in 1983 the Dyna TAC 8000x was the first to be commercially available. From 1983 to 2014, world wide mobile phone subsciption grew from zero to over 7 billion.In 2014 top cell phone manufacturers are SAMSUNG,NOKIA, APPLE, LG and SONY mobile according to market share.
